Welcome to www.starzcatering.com.au. This website provides the opportunity to browse and purchase various catering packages that are on offer through the website. The website provides this service by way of granting you access to the content on the website.
The website is owned by Stratos Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Starz Catering.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using, browsing and /or reading our website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
To purchase goods on this website you must be over the legal age of 18.
If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website for any purpose.

Starz Catering reserves the right to review at any time without notice and change any of the Terms and Conditions by updating this page at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions take immediate effect from the date of their publication.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
You accept the Terms and Conditions by remaining on the website.
Minimum spend is $200 per order (inclusive of GST)
It is important to place your order no later than the scheduled times below to ensure your order is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Delivering freshly prepared catering 7 days a week
Orders must be placed by 2.00pm for next day delivery
For Public Holidays
Preferably 2 days prior to delivery date but we will do our best to accomodate your order if placed by 2pm the previous day

Last Minute Orders
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. You are welcome to contact us on 1300 483 104 to discuss.
Changes to your order
Changes to your order require 24 hours notice and can be emailed to email@example.com.
We deliver 7 days a week Monday – Sunday
A flat delivery fee of $25 applies to each order within 15 km of the central business district.
If delivery is required outside this area, please contact Starz Catering on 1300 483 104 as additional delivery charges may apply.

Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard. American Express, Diners, JCB. Credit Card surcharges apply as follows:

Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed and paid in full.
If your order is cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery, your order will not be refunded.
If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice then a 50% refund will be given.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and confirmation received from Starz Catering.
Refunds and Returns
Once goods are accepted either by signature or confirmed delivery, we will not accept returns or refunds. We insist that all customers inspect goods upon arrival but once accepted by you, Starz Catering holds no liability over the quality, storage, treatment or preparation of these goods. We deliver all goods in temperature controlled packaging with the highest standards possible.
At Starz Catering customer satisfaction is our priority, but if the items supplied are defective or not fit for purpose a full credit or replacement will be provided.
Change of mind – we do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind or if you choose incorrectly.
Goods damaged during delivery – If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible on 1300 483 104.
Exception – we may refuse to refund where you misused the goods in a way which caused the problem.
Here at Starz Catering we are dedicated to delivery on time. In the unlikely event that we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you straight away and work with you to fulfill all requirements.
Dietary Requirements – we can accommodate special dietary requests. Please let us know in writing prior to the delivery date and we will confirm with you that we can fulfill the request.
Special dietary requests will be packed and labelled accordingly.
With respect to nut allergies please understand that whist every care is taken traces of nuts may be present.
All our menu items are delivered on disposable platters and transported in temperature controlled packaging to keep your order cool and fresh.
All items on our self-cook menu are vacuum packed and delivered in temperature controlled packaging to maintain quality and freshness.
All heat and serve items are designed to be transferred to trays or containers and heated in a conventional oven or microwave.
