Front Of House Service Personnel
Once goods are accepted either by signature or confirmed delivery, we will not accept returns or refunds. We insist that all customers inspect goods upon arrival but once accepted by you, Starz Catering holds no liability over the quality, storage, treatment or preparation of these goods. We deliver all goods in temperature controlled packaging with the highest standards possible.
At Starz Catering customer satisfaction is our priority, but if the items supplied are defective or not fit for purpose a full credit or replacement will be provided.
We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind or if you choose incorrectly.
We deliver Monday – Sunday. A flat delivery fee of $25 applies to each order within 15 km of the Sydney central business district.
If delivery is required outside this area, please contact Starz Catering on 1300 483 104 as additional delivery charges may apply.
We are dedicated to delivery on time. In the unlikely event that we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you straight away and work with you to fulfill all requirements.
